We sell digital service manuals only. All manuals are in PDF format,No physical copy or CD-ROM will be sent to you. Our system will grant you instant access to download the manual On Checkout page and via an email link once you complete payment. When you download the manual, it is yours for good!
Where do I download the manual once I’ve paid?
After You cleared your Stripe payment you will get a download link at the checkout page , instent download !
in addition, an email with the link to download your manual will be dispatched immediately. If the email hasn’t shown up within 5-10 minutes, please check your spam inbox or Contact Us.
How long do I have to download the manual I purchased?
You have up to 30 days to download the manual with 10 max download attempts. If you have trouble downloading a manual, please contact us .
I can’t find my order confirmation email ?
Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder (or even the deleted items folder) as you are likely to find your confirmation emails in one of these folders.
This is a common query that we receive from customers who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and similar POP email accounts.
Why? Because these email accounts often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from any retail website.
If you have checked these folders and it is still missing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
I am unable to download the manual (Dropbox) ?
Usually when the size of the manual is greater than 10MB we will send you a download link (Dropbox) to download the manual.
My download failed or I am unable to access the link provided ?
Download Failed
Download will usually fail when you have a poor connection or some kind of connection issue on your end. This could be an actual issue with your internet service, or some kind of application that’s interfering with the download, and causing it to time out.
You can always reach out to us to provide an alternative link or we will compress the file and share a new link.

Please send us an email at support@sellmanuals.com. and we will provide you an alternative link with another storage provider.
I can’t figure out how to open the manual I purchased. Help!
Some of our service manuals are packaged in zip archives that need to be extracted before you can view the contents. Download Free Winzip To Extract The Zip/Rar File. iPhone/iPad users will need the iZip free app from the App Store to open zip/rar files.
To open PDF files we recommend the free Adobe Reader software.
If all else fails, we are here for you. Simply contact us and we will get back to you within 2 Hours.
I received a “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file” or “File Not Found” error. Help!
Some customers have received these errors, particularly when attempting to download zip files from a iPhone/iPad. If you receive this error, please contact us with your order information and we will manually send you the files within 4 Hours.
I can’t find certain information / How do I search the manual?
Almost all of our manuals are fully searchable and/or have an index. In Adobe Reader and most internet browsers, press CTRL+F to search for keywords. If you cannot find something, please feel free to contact us.
