JCB’s Robot skid steer line ran to eight designations in this book, 135, 155, 175, 190, 205, 150T, 190T and 205T, and they are covered by a single service manual, publication 9813/1350, in PDF format. The opening sections set out general information, care and safety and the maintenance schedule; the coded sections then take the machine apart system by system, from attachments and bodywork through electrics, hydraulics and transmission.
Wheeled and tracked versions do not ask the same questions. Drive motor mounting bolts torque to 117-122 Nm on the tracked units, while the wheel nuts carry a 244 Nm figure that only exists on the rubber-tyred machines, and the undercarriage chapter is written for track frames alone. A mixed fleet gets both sets of numbers in one file instead of two downloads.
