Publication 9803/6520, Issue 3, covers JS115, JS130, JS130LC, JS145, JS160 and JS180 tracked excavators in one PDF of 771 pages. The first three sections are numbered and hold torque settings, safety and maintenance; the alphabetically coded sections that follow deal with dismantling and overhaul of specific components, each with its technical data and circuit description up front.
Hydraulics take the largest block of the book, from component location through pump regulation and the servo lines, and the engine data is written around the Isuzu BB-4BG1T. One procedure worth having within reach: to bleed the rams, idle the engine at low speed and stroke each cylinder five times, stopping 100 mm before the end of the stroke, then run four full strokes. Air left in a circuit after a ram rebuild is the usual reason a machine feels soft for a week.
